Language Arts:
Unit 3-Week 2-"Little Quack"
CVC word reading and high frequency word reading exam this week
5 points-read CVC with out sounding out word-"Cat"
4 points-sounds out word aloud and reads word again-"/c/ /a/ /t/-Cat"
3 points-reads sounds of each letter but does not blend word again-"/c/ /a/ /t/"
2 points-reads only 2 letter sounds-"/c/ /a/"
1 point- reads only 1 letter sound-"/c/"
0 points-no letter sounds read
Math:
Begin Chapter 8: Numbers to 100
Students will be able to count by 2s.
Students will be able to count by 5s.
Students will be able to count by 10s.
Students will be able to count to 49.
Example:
Count on using 1 group (rod/group) of 10 (begin to count on from 10)
