In Our Class This Week...

This week will fly by quick as we get ready for Spring Break!

Story: Unit 5 Week 2 "Mayday Mayday"
CVC and HFW test this week

Writing:
Continue with Unit 6: personal narratives

Math:
Finish Chapter 17: Addition stories
Students will be able to use symbols and numerals to write number sentences
Add numbers up to 10

Chapter 17 Test Tuesday

Science:
Chapter 8: Motion
What can you tell about object position?
What makes objects move?
What are some ways objects move?

In Our Class This Week...

The kiddos did such an amazing job on their leprechaun traps. Unfortunately, no one caught that pesky leprechaun!

We have less than two weeks until our Spring Performance. PLEASE make sure that you get your tickets and your child's attire asap!

Studnets will use symbols and numerals to write addition sentences. 
Students will develop fluency with addition facts.

Finish Chapter 5: Earth and Sky
Test Thursday

For our Spring Performance the students will be dancing to "ABC" by the Jackson 5. Please have your child wear 70's attire for the performance (tie dye, bell bottoms, flower power, scarfs around their head, etc.).
