Parent Survey

In an effort to evaluate REACH’s 2014-2015 Local Control Accountability Plan, a survey was developed by a committee of the school’s administration, teachers and parents. The committee will also gather information from the teachers and second through fourth grade students in separate surveys. Individual responses will be anonymous, but overall results will be made public through an LCAP Committee Report by June 30, 2015.

Please complete the survey by following the link below.  The survey will remain open until Friday, May 15, 2015 at 11:59pm.
